Challenge + Solution

As a designer, I was tasked with an exciting challenge: to craft a brand identity that authentically reflects the rich diversity of Scotland's communities, while also developing an accessible website that encourages active engagement and interaction with art community projects.

The overarching aim was to leverage the power of art to make a positive impact on the wellbeing and visibility of minority groups, particularly in the midst of the global pandemic. To accomplish this, I conceptualized a bold and vibrant colour palette that celebrates the multifaceted nature of the Southside community. The use of friendly shapes and inviting text further enhances the approachability and inclusivity of the brand. By seamlessly integrating these elements, I was able to create a final website that is both user-friendly and visually captivating, ensuring that visitors can easily navigate and be part of the workshops.
